Winding Up or Down?

“How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God? And that is what we are!…” (I John 3:1)

“Winding down? Is it the time of year to ‘wind down’? Actually, I believe it is the time of year to ‘wind up’, too.

If you are ‘winding down’, then you feel that you are completing something. Are you completing a year that has satisfied you? Have you had results that you had planned? Are there a few more people who you want to present Me, too? I hope so. I am a Gift, you know… a Gift of unmeasured value; a Gift that lasts Forever. Ummm… that’s a nice Gift, yes? Yes, I’ll walk with you while you ‘wind down’ your year by sharing Me with others.

It is also the time of year to ‘wind up’. To ‘wind up’ is to be hopeful about the New Year approaching. Are you ‘winding up’ and looking forward to new adventures and tasks completed in the New Year? If so, then good! I have plenty of new sites for you to see, and new vistas to awaken your mind to in the New Year.

I enjoy this time of year when Jesus is celebrated. I hear His Name mentioned more often. I see happiness that I would like to see all year long.
Just for Me… enjoy these last days of the year, whether you are ‘winding down’ or ‘winding up’. Let yourself rest in the moment as much as you can rather than get lost in the ‘winding up or winding down’. Just focus on celebrating Me with other smiling faces. Come Celebrate! Remember the beginnings of the Christ-child Jesus, Who became Your Savior, Redeemer and Best Friend.”
